Part of Paranoia, a simple security applcation that can be put in the Startup Items. Paranoia has a pretty good security because you cannot force quit the application using Command-Option-Esc. The interface is pretty intuitive and it shouldn't be a problem to learn how to use it. There is no default password, just leave the password field blank until you set a new password. If you forgot your password, it is in the preferences file (system folder:preferences:Parano) and you can always startup extentions off (hold shift key at startup).
